Margaux Kanamori (she/her) is an Editorial Assistant at Celadon Books, assisting President and Publisher Deb Futter.
Margaux is from Brookline, Massachusetts. She graduated from Williams College in December 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology, on the creative writing track. She previously held internships at Aevitas Creative Management, Scribner Books, Hachette Book Group, and We Need Diverse Books.
Margaux loves character-driven novels with a literary bent, emotionally rich family and relationship sagas, and twisty plots. Some of her favorite titles are The Latecomer by Jean Hanff Korelitz, The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, Tom Lake by Ann Patchett, Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng, The Guest List by Lucy Foley, Trust by Hernan Diaz, Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro, and Mercury by Amy Jo Burns.
Outside of her job, Margaux loves getting outside to enjoy the city, playing guitar, and chatting endlessly about the TV shows she's been bingeing.
